Apply for Vanity/Personalized Plates

You can now pick a Vanity/Personalized plate online.   Pick-A-Plate!

To receive a new Vanity or Personalized plate, print out the Vanity/Personalized Plate request. Please fill it out and mail it to our office.

Forms are also available at your local Secretary of State Facility.

The Special Plates Division will determine if your selection is available and you will receive a notification letter within four to six weeks of your request.

If your current plates will expire before this timeframe, we suggest you renew your current registration online now.
