LSTA Library Disaster Aid Grants

Library Disaster Aid Grants, awarded through the Illinois State Library using federal Library Services and Technology Act funds, provide immediate, short-term funding for public, school, academic or special libraries which encounter exceptional and overwhelming emergencies due to disasters such as fire or flooding. Grants are awarded based on evidence of a credible need, and do not exceed $4,900. For more information on Disaster Aid grants, contact the Illinois State Library Development Group at 217-524-8836.
